Our group is interested in i) calcium-mediated signal transduction mechanisms with emphasis on calmodulin target proteins, ii) pre-messenger RNA splicing and iii) fungal resistance in plants. We use molecular, cell biological, genetic and biochemical approaches to accomplish our research goals.
