Biology Research in the News
Long-term ecological research being carried out by Professor
Alan Knapp
and colleagues at the Konza Prairie in NE Kansas was recently featured by the USDA National Research Initiative program. The study manipulates amounts and timing of rainfall to mimic expected changes in climate, and examines how the tall grass ecosystem is expected to respond.
