img_2210This summer term, seven eager undergraduate students spent nearly three weeks in the field – and on the water – in the first Field Marine Biology course at CSU’s Todos Santos Center in Baja California Sur, Mexico. The study abroad course brought students to the biologically rich area, where they could experience animals and ecosystems in the Pacific Ocean as well as in the Gulf of California. Shane Kanatous, associate professor of biology, and Graham Peers, assistant professor of biology, led the class.
