About
My name is Gillian (“Jillian”) Stieren and I’m an Advanced Masters Program student. I got my first degree in International Studies with a minor in Spanish Language from CSU in 2021 before pivoting to the life sciences and returning to CSU in 2024. I love, love, LOVE animals of all kinds and come from an ag background in Texas, but my career passion is uncharismatic invertebrate husbandry and education. I plan to earn my Zoology degree in December of this year (2026) and finish the PSM program in 2028.
