About

Broadly speaking, I am interested in the drought ecophysiology of conifers in montane and subalpine environments. I am investigating potential future range distributions of some of the most common Rocky Mountain trees based on their ecophysiological characteristics.  I have established a number of common garden experiments near Fort Collins looking at species specific responses in growth and survivorship, anatomical characteristics, and physiological traits to differences in temperature in insitu conditions.
