Description:There is an estimated 10 fold more microbial cells within the h
uman body than human cells\, with an estimated 100 fold more genes than ou
rs. Recent studies have shown strong associations between the human microb
iome and the state of health and disease. Here\, we study the temporal dyn
amics of the vaginal microbiome. We evaluate factors that might influence
its stability and that could help in predicting the risk of disease. 4:00
