I started as a volunteer at Animal Friends Alliance, then worked in animal care and adoptions while in undergrad before joining the Accelerated Master's Program for Zoo, Aquarium, and Animal Shelter Management. I completed my capstone project at Cheyenne Animal Shelter which aimed to increase engagement with community services. I also assisted with managing the volunteer program. Currently working as a Graduate Assistant. In the future, I hope to pursue a career in animal behavior or shelter management.
