Ashley Nelson earned her BA in Sociology at University of Colorado. During her program, she interned at the Humane Society of Boulder Valley, which launched a passion for neonatal kittens and TNR efforts. After gaining experience working as a veterinary assistant and starting a TNR program on the local Air Force Base, she now manages Denver Cat Rescue. Ashley hopes to grow the organization to be able to assist in more aspects of cat rescue while working with the unique aspects of completing adoptions out of a cat cafe.
