Hello! I graduated with my undergraduate degree from Saint Francis University in 2024 and immediately started working at the Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium’s education department after graduating. I have degrees in marine biology and aquarium and zoo science, with a minor in psychology. That is my first official career in the animal field, however I did volunteer at a local animal shelter, intern at the Pittsburgh Zoo, and work at Saint Francis taking care of cats. My career goal is to work my way up the ranks and find a job at a zoo or aquarium in a leadership position. I believe this program will help me gain more knowledge and experience needed to achieve that goal.
